Our approach to «Training»
The future of African aviation rests on skills. AéroNéo Algeria chose, by design, to anchor a complete training center to its industrial site, because you don't train an aircraft mechanic on a mock-up: you train them on a real aircraft.
Our center covers every function of an airline operation: airframe and engine mechanics, electronics and avionics, aeronautical engineers, pilots (in partnership), dispatchers, ground operations agents. Curriculum structuring is conducted with a partner aeronautical university.
The differentiator: practice on real aircraft. Trainees work on the aircraft hosted for maintenance, storage, conversion or dismantling. A learning framework that opens directly onto qualified employment, in an Algerian and African sector chronically short of technical talent.

Airframe and engine mechanics, electronics, avionics, airworthiness engineers, pilots (partnership), dispatchers and ground operators — every operational function of an airline.
Training on real aircraft
Trainees practice on aircraft hosted for storage, maintenance, conversion or dismantling. A learning environment unique in Africa, equivalent to the best European centers.
University partnership
Curriculum structured with a partner aeronautical university, blending academic theory and industrial field practice.
