Roadmap 2024–2032
Our public 8-year trajectory
Incorporation, institutional groundwork, concession award, first MRO operations and continental platform: the path AéroNéo Algeria sets itself to cross the industrial threshold, step by step.
Vision
A public, sequenced and credible trajectory
AéroNéo Algeria is in pre-launch. Rather than announcing a fixed calendar, we publish an eight-year trajectory marked by verifiable objectives and aligned first with the Algerian authorities (ANAC in the first instance) before international bodies (ICAO, EASA, FAA, AFRA, ISO).
Each milestone is expressed in the conditional or as an objective: no step is announced as achieved before it has effectively been reached. The roadmap is built around six phases — incorporation, groundwork, concession and first hangar, first operations, capacity ramp-up, continental platform.
Indicative trajectory — may evolve depending on the effective award of the airport concession, the progress of approval dossiers and the timeline of the competent Algerian authorities.

Our commitments on this trajectory
Public trajectory
Our roadmap is published and accessible to all institutional partners, candidates and journalists.
Annual update
This trajectory will be reviewed every year and adjusted to the actual progress of approvals and of the concession.
No speculative communication
Until a milestone is reached, it remains displayed as a target. No certification or authorisation is announced before being officially granted.
This trajectory is public and will be updated annually. Any major change (concession award, certification obtained, structuring partnership) will be the subject of a dedicated institutional communication in the press room.
