AéroNéo Algeria is an Algerian-law company (SARL) incorporated to develop a reference industrial aerospace complex in southern Algeria. The project combines five complementary trades: MRO maintenance (PART-145), long-term storage in an anti-corrosion Saharan climate, passenger-to-freighter conversion (P2F), Green Recycling aligned with AFRA Best Management Practices, and B1/B2 aviation training.

The planned site covers 300 hectares, 3 hangars and 100 storage slots. It is the subject of an airport-concession application under review with Algerian authorities — under Algerian law, airport infrastructure remains State property; if awarded, the concession will grant an operating right, not a transfer of ownership.

The company is in pre-launch: it does not yet conduct commercial activity and is awaiting its official approvals.
